Paula Froelich, in her blog titled The Scoop on NewsNation, claims that an insider with close ties to the royal family has shared information about the actual health conditions of the two, though the authenticity of these claims has yet to be verified. Paula does state, however, that her sources have regular communication with the palace.
In her column, Paula wrote, “My inside sources who regularly interact with the Palace say that both Catherine and Charles, despite the idyllic image portrayed in the videos, are far from being in good health.” The insider disclosed, “(Kate) is not in remission and is not cancer-free. She’s in a rather poor state… It’s going to be a challenging journey ahead for both her and Charles. I initially thought Charles’ condition was more manageable, but neither of them is well.” Kate had previously announced that she had completed her chemotherapy.
On September 9, a public video showed Kate sharing that she had finished her chemotherapy and would soon be resuming some restricted public activities. She said, “As the summer draws to a close, I can’t express enough how relieved I am to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment. The past nine months have been extremely difficult for our family. Life can change in the blink of an eye, and we’ve had to find a way to navigate through these troubled times. My focus now is on staying cancer-free. Although I’ve completed chemotherapy, the road to full recovery and healing is long, and I need to take each day as it comes.”
The source also expressed concerns about their life expectancy, stating that “plans need to be in place” as “one of them won’t live very long.” Representatives of Kensington Palace have not responded to any emails regarding the truthfulness of these assertions.
Regarding King Charles, the source suggests that he is aiming to lead a stress-free life. According to the insider, the reason King Charles isn’t answering Prince Harry’s calls is that he’s trying to minimize stress. Paula wrote, “My sources note that anyone undergoing cancer treatment must strive to live as stress-free a life as possible — and Harry, with his incessant complaining and whining about security, is the opposite of stress-free.”
The source also commented on the relationship between King Charles and Harry, saying that it’s not good for Charles’ health. “He’s very self-centered,” the source said of Harry. “He always wants what he wants and has seldom been told no. But that changed when he left the Firm. They went to great lengths to ensure he understood the consequences — especially regarding security — yet he keeps thinking he can bully his dad. This is really detrimental to Charles’ health.”
