The Whiskey Experiment

Every night before bed, a man takes a shot of whiskey. It’s his ritual. His wife, however, has had enough.
One evening, she decides to prove a point. She sets up an experiment at the kitchen table.
She places two shot glasses in front of him—one filled with water, the other with whiskey. Next to them, she sets his bait box.
“I want you to see this,” she says.
She drops a worm into the water. It swims around, happy as can be.
Then, she drops a worm into the whiskey. Within seconds—it’s dead.
She crosses her arms. “Well? What do you have to say about that?”
Her husband leans back, nods thoughtfully, and grins.
“If I drink whiskey, I won’t get worms!”
