A woman and her lover—who also happens to be her husband’s best friend—spend hours tangled in passion.
Afterward, as they lie in bed catching their breath, the phone rings.
Since it’s her house, she picks it up. Her lover listens in, only hearing her side of the conversation:
“Hello? Oh, hey… I’m so glad you called! Really? That’s amazing… Wow, sounds like you’re having the best time… Oh, that’s fantastic… Love you too! Okay, bye-bye.”
She hangs up with a smile.
Curious, her lover asks, “Who was that?”
She smirks. “Oh, that was my husband. Calling to tell me how much fun he’s having on his fishing trip… with you.”
