A husband and wife are at the bus stop with their nine kids, patiently waiting for the bus. A blind man joins them a few moments later.
When the bus finally arrives, it’s packed. Only the wife and kids manage to squeeze on, while the husband and the blind man are left behind.
So, the two of them decide to walk. As they make their way down the sidewalk, the husband starts to get irritated by the constant ticking sound of the blind man’s cane hitting the ground.
He finally snaps, “Why don’t you put some rubber on the end of that thing? That noise is driving me nuts!”
Without missing a beat, the blind man replies, “If you’d put some rubber on the end of YOUR stick, we’d be on that bus right now. So, how about you keep quiet?”
