Post-Olympics, Jenner became a household name with endorsements, TV appearances, and even a stint in movies. But fame couldn’t fill the void. “I was totally empty inside,” Caitlyn later revealed.
Struggles and Strength
Married three times, Caitlyn’s gender identity played a role in her relationships. In the late 1980s, she began hormone therapy and other steps toward transition but paused the process due to societal pressures and family concerns.
Her final marriage, to Kris Jenner, brought two daughters, Kendall and Kylie, and introduced the world to the Kardashian-Jenner family through their reality show. However, by 2013, Caitlyn resumed her transition, eventually coming out publicly in 2015.
