There was a dog that visited a closed store daily and then left.
One evening, a poor boy who worked at a warehouse near a closed bike shop noticed this. He was intrigued and decided to follow the dog one day, uncovering a truly heartrending secret.
This 18-year-old Chris was an experienced market worker who had encountered numerous street animals. However, Ollie, a Shiba Inu, stood out. He was amicable and well-behaved, and his grooming was too meticulous for a stray.
When Chris first laid eyes on Ollie, the dog was standing in front of the closed bike shop, simply gazing at the large glass panes.
His colleagues informed him that the dog belonged to the store owner who had abruptly ceased coming to work for several weeks.

Each time Chris saw the forlorn dog, it tugged at his heartstrings. He adored dogs and was indignant that someone could abandon their beloved pet on the streets.
So, one day before heading to the café for lunch, he gently patted the dog’s head and murmured, “Hey there, Ollie…Hungry for a sandwich, boy?”
From that day forward, every lunchtime, this inquisitive dog would dash towards Chris, its tail wagging merrily at the sight of his lunchbox.
But instead of consuming the snack, the dog would seize it and scurry away with the food in its mouth.
Observing Ollie running off with the food daily and then returning to the same spot until closing time filled Chris with concern and curiosity.
Initially, he surmised that Ollie might have a litter of puppies somewhere and was taking the food to nourish them. However, Ollie was male, and his peculiar behavior remained a mystery.
As days passed, Chris grew increasingly worried. Ollie’s once lustrous coat was losing its shine, and he seemed to be in a state of distress. Chris even entertained the thought that it was due to abandonment, but he couldn’t be certain.
