Ingredients:

  • 4 unpeeled lemons
  • 4 peeled and minced garlic cloves

Preparation:
Wash the lemons and ginger. Cut the lemons into small pieces, peel and chop the ginger. Put them with the minced garlic in a blender and blend for 1 – 2 minutes. When the mixture is smooth, transfer it to a pan. Heat it and add the water. Stir constantly until it boils.
Once it boils, remove from heat and let it cool. When cooled, strain it into glass bottles and store in the fridge. Shake the bottle before each use.

Usage: Drink one glass in the morning before breakfast and another in the evening, at least two hours before bedtime.
