A couple went out to celebrate their anniversary at a cozy little Chinese restaurant. After scanning the menu, they decided to share the chef’s special—Chicken Surprise.
When their meal arrived in a lidded cast iron pot, everything seemed normal—until the wife reached for her fork. Suddenly, the lid lifted just a tiny bit, and she spotted two beady little eyes staring back at her before it slammed shut again! 😳
“Did you see that?!” she gasped.
Her husband, skeptical, leaned in to check. Again, the lid lifted. Again, two little eyes peeked out before quickly disappearing.
Now thoroughly spooked, he waved the waiter over. “Excuse me, something’s moving in our food!”
The waiter, looking concerned, asked, “Sir, what dish did you order?”
“The Chicken Surprise,” the man replied.
The waiter’s eyes widened. “Oh no, my mistake! I accidentally brought you the Peking Duck!” 🦆😂
