Southern Charm at Its Finest
Two Southern belles—one from Mississippi, the other from Texas—sat rocking on the porch of a grand white-columned mansion.
The Mississippi woman sighed dreamily. “When my first child was born, my husband built me this beautiful mansion.”
The Texas woman smiled politely. “Well, isn’t that nice?”
The Mississippi lady continued, “And when my second child was born, he bought me that gorgeous Cadillac in the driveway.”
Again, the Texas woman nodded. “Well, isn’t that nice?”
The first woman wasn’t done. “Then, when my third child was born, he gave me this stunning diamond bracelet.”
Once more, the Texas woman said, “Well, isn’t that nice?”
Finally, the Mississippi woman asked, “And what did your husband do for you when you had your first child?”
The Texan smiled sweetly. “He sent me to charm school.”
“Charm school?” the first woman gasped. “Why on Earth?”
The Texas woman sipped her tea and said, “So instead of saying, ‘Who gives a crap,’ I learned to say, ‘Well, isn’t that nice?’”

The Smart Husband
The wife was busy packing her bags.
Husband: “Where are you going?”
Wife: “To my mother’s.”
The husband calmly started packing his own suitcase.
Wife: “And where do you think you’re going?”
Husband: “To my mother’s.”
Wife: “And what about the kids?!”
Husband: “Well… if you’re going to your mother, and I’m going to my mother… then I guess the kids are going to their mother.”

Three women were getting their hair done, chatting about their husbands.
The first woman sighed. “Last night, my husband said he was going to the office… but when I called, he wasn’t there.”
The second woman groaned. “Same here! He told me he was at his brother’s house, but guess what? He wasn’t there either!”
The third woman smiled. “I always know exactly where my husband is.”
The other two gasped. “No way! You really believe that?!”
“Oh, I don’t believe it,” she said. “I know it.”
“How?” they asked.
She sipped her coffee. “I’m a widow.”
