A Couple Was Celebrating Their 60 Anniversary.

After 60 years of marriage, childhood sweethearts Jerry and Sally decided to celebrate by taking a stroll down memory lane—literally.

Hand in hand, they walked back to their old school, the very place where their love story began. To their delight, the building was open, and inside, they found their old desk. Just as they remembered, Jerry had carved into the wood: “I love you, Sally.”

Feeling nostalgic, they headed home… and that’s when things took a turn.

Out of nowhere, a bag of cash—straight from an armored car—fell at their feet.

Sally grabbed it before anyone could see. Back home, she opened it. $50,000. Cold. Hard. Cash.

“We have to return it,” Jerry said, ever the rule-follower.

“Finders keepers,” Sally shrugged, stashing the bag in the attic.

The next day, two police officers knocked on their door.

“Excuse me, folks, but did either of you happen to find a bag of money that fell from an armored car?”

Sally, without missing a beat: “Nope.”

Jerry? Not so much. “She’s lying. It’s in the attic.”

Sally gasped. “Don’t believe him! He’s old and losing his mind!”

The officers turned to Jerry.

“Sir, can you tell us exactly what happened?”

Jerry nodded and began, “Well, when Sally and I were walking home from school yesterday—”

The cops exchanged a look.

“We’re outta here.”

And just like that, Sally and Jerry proved that after 60 years, love—and a little mischief—never gets old.
