A woman is tangled in a web of secrets. She’s in bed with her lover—who also happens to be her husband’s best friend.
After hours of passion, they lay there, catching their breath, when suddenly, the phone rings.
Since it’s her house, she answers casually. Her lover listens in, only hearing her side of the conversation:
“Hello? Oh, hi! I’m so glad you called… Really? That’s amazing! That sounds like so much fun… Wow, that’s terrific! I’m so happy for you… Love you too. Okay, bye-bye.”
She hangs up, smiling.
Curious, her lover asks, “Who was that?”
She turns to him, still grinning. “Oh, that was my husband. He just called to tell me what a great time he’s having on his fishing trip—with you.”
